Hi, I would just like to say thanks for recovering me on Sunday. I had broken down at Laceby Lodge and was recovered to Hull. The driver , Stuart, was excellent. He arrived before I expected and was extremely helpful and efficient. Based on this I would not hesitate to recommend your company .

Hi,just wanted to send an email to say thank you. Saturday 5th September we had a double puncture , Gallows wood was sent to recover us on behalf of Green flag. We were given an hour slot but arrived in half hour. Stuart was the driver he was very pleasant and cheerful. Due to covid he explained everything to us clearly. Stuart made our recovery easy and stress free. Thank you.

My name is Pat Tasker and I broke down on the A180 yesterday. I want to say a HUGE thank you to James and Christian who were so helpful to me and provided the service so promptly. James managed to get me back on the road and he was very patient and clear in his explanation to me of what had happened. I need to take the car into my local garage for a permanent repair, but I know exactly what to tell them and where the problem is. Christian managed to work out my location from my garbled description as I wasn't sure what junctions I had passed and he calmly reassured me that help was on the way. Just to say thank you very much to James for his efforts to get my car started today. He's narrowed down the problem so hopefully the car can finally be sorted properly. And thank you to Tom for getting me safely back to a safe place off the busy AlS . Both Tom and James were brilliant when it came to concern for customer safety, ensuring they were also safe in the current circumstances. Recently our Hymer Motorhome broke down near Messingham with a snapped clutch cable. We were towed back to Scunthorpe and 2 days later , the mechanic came to the house and replaced the cable. I just wanted to say how fantastic both guys were. Polite, helpful and very professional. A real credit to your organisation. I didn't get their names unfortunately. Big thank you and would recommend your services to anyone . Will make sure my insurance company gets the same feedback

I just wanted to drop you a quick E-Mail to say Thank you for your brilliant service yesterday. I was in the Black VW Transporter that you recovered just off the M180 on Thursday Afternoon. Gaz & your other Driver were great, Gaz gave me more knowledge into the problem with My vehicle in a 10 minute chat than the supposed main dealer in Nottingham has in Several weeks!! And your other Guy kindly waited to make sure my Taxi turned up On time before he took my vehicle back to Notts . I really appreciated the Great Customer Service!!

I would just like to record how caring your driver Kevin was yesterday when he recovered my classic motorbike which had suddenly stopped near Cabourne Hill. Having got off to a bad start with Green Flag when their first chosen recovery company neither turned up or sent any messages, once we had got Green Flag moving again, Kevin turned up ahead of the estimated time and it was obvious from the outset that we were in experienced hands, both with the adaptability of the lift/carrier that would carry the bike and also in Kevin's approach to making sure absolutely nothing would chafe or come loose along the way. I was so impressed by a recent recovery I had received. The phone call was informative and he arrived before the time scale. The person we had (I didn't catch his name) but it was on 19/2/23 from Goole to Scunthorpe. The registration of the recovery vehicle was NV69 BDO, he was really helpful and made us feel so at ease. He really did a great job, I just wanted to see if you would be able to pass this on as he was a great help and helped to relieve some of our stress. Thank you.

Kev just picked us up this morning after my Scudo broke down at Tesco Scunthorpe. He was fabulous, professional but chatty, drove brilliantly too.
